Wisconsin Transition Improvement Grant Website This website is a great resource for both parents and students. They offer training for educators, parents, and students. The entire website is dedicated to transition plans, or PTPs, and life after high school. They have resources for students with all types of disability from learning disabilities to emotional disabilities to intellectual disabilities. http://witig.org/

http://ccrs.osepideasthatwork.org/ This website is a site dedicated to preparing young adults with disabilities for success. It has helpful pages for students, families, and teachers. It is a site that provides information on how to help students academically, behaviorally, and socially.

In November there is an event for transition planning that is done in Spanish. There are two meetings that are about developing and explaining IEPs that are done in Spanish.
